The Seale Sisters, Hannah (25), Elisabeth (22), Deborah (18) and Abigail (16) have been singing together as a group since 2001. They have traveled to churches, parties, social events and rest homes around Texas to sing. Their song is uplifting, and their hearts and testimonies are focused in praise to their Savior.
Hannah and Elisabeth are both homeschool graduates and aside from singing whenever possible, are working on the Seale’s family-centered ministry on their home grounds at Camp Winchester while the younger two still study under their mother’s tutorage. How did their singing ministry start? As the story goes, the two eldest were milking the family Jersey cow, as they did once every day, and to pass the time, they began to sing songs from off their gospel albums, even throwing in some harmony at times. Their parents heard them & encouraged them to pursue lesser bovine crowds, the younger sisters joined in, and the rest is history!
In 2003 & 2004, the Seale Sisters traveled to Nashville for training in their vocals, and in their knowledge of music at Ben Speer’s Stamps-Baxter School of Music. While the Founders of the school, the Speer family, come from a Southern Gospel foundation, the persons who attend the school are of various styles. The Seale Girls focus mainly on Southern Gospel songs and Accapella arrangements. Also while at the school, the girls performed during the Stamps-Baxter tryouts and were selected to sing on the closing video for the school, and honor and blessing from the Lord.
Following their last
year at Stamps-Baxter, the girls began more vocal training under Mr. Blake
Northam, the Music Minister of Real Life Fellowship of Marble Falls and the
father of three daughters who sing together on numerous occasions. Under
his tutorage, the girls improved rapidly and in the fall of 2005, they were
able to record their first project, “Let Them See Him” in Houston, Tx; and
have only progressed from that point on.
The girls have performed in many venues including singing at the State
Capitol Prayer Rally for Legislators,
The prayer on the Seale Sisters’ hearts is that through the gifts the Lord has blessed them with, others lives will be also blessed, and that they would see Christ living in them and through them.
If you would like to encourage their ministry to others, please prayerfully consider having them come minister through song during your worship service, special banquet or fellowship. The girls do not require a fixed amount of money for what they do, only a love offering and an opportunity to serve.
