The Lord has opened the door for the Seales to have an impact on families and the family life ministries of churches through the organization the Lord led Byron and Candy to found in 1993. "Family and Children Educational Ministries" or "FACE Ministries". As a part of the ministry they believe God has given their family to you, they would like to make themselves available to your churches and small groups, to encourage families to be faithful in bringing up their sons and daughters to be the powerful men and women of the next generation. The Seales believe the Lord has called them to minister as a family through such avenues as the girls' music (Seale Sisters), the King's Daughters, Girls of Unfading Beauty & Mighty Men of Valor programs, speaking, chalk talks and ventriloquism. They have enjoyed leading churches in the ministry of music and are praying the Lord will increase His ministry through them as they make themselves available to you. In the summer of 2005, the Seale Family's dream of starting our their own camp through FACE Ministries, to become it's stomping grounds, became a reality. The Seales' 20 acre property is now slowly being transformed into what is called Camp Winchester. Their prayer is that this will become a place for families to get away from the city or work, a place to be quiet and still before the Lord; a place to include the whole family and enjoy spending time together; a place to learn outdoor skills; a place to develop a biblical model of a family through father/son, father/daughter, mother/daughters and of course family camps.
